Hi! I'm Berfin, a qualified social worker and dance teacher. Since 2018, meditation and breathwork have been an important part of my life, which is why I decided to train as a Holistic Breath Coach and Sound Healing Master.
Especially in our hectic times, in which stress is omnipresent, these practices are becoming more and more important and I would like to use my knowledge to help other people find inner peace in the midst of everyday stress. "Sound Meditation & Breathwork" offers an introduction to meditation, which leads to holistic relaxation through certain breathing exercises. The breathing techniques and sounds enable easier access to meditation and are therefore suitable for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the world of relaxation and connection to themselves. The combination of sound meditation and breathwork has a profound effect on the body and mind. By using sounds and vibrations, in conjunction with conscious breathing work, the nervous system is calmed, stress is reduced, well-being and concentration are improved, a deeper connection to oneself is established and emotional balance is promoted.
